Profile photos + safer permission handling
- ●Edit Profile now lets you upload your own photo from your camera or gallery — works on phone, tablet, and web.
- ●Hamburger menu cleaned up: dropped the duplicate Admin sub-shortcuts (Organization, Users, Roles, Cost Codes) and the placeholder Pick Avatar option.
- ●Profile page always shows a back arrow now (was missing on tablet).
- ●Permission-denied actions stop kicking you out to the login screen; they show a proper error instead.
- ●Timecard duration math is correct for shifts longer than 24 hours.

Freemium signup flow + verify-email polish
- ●New signup defaults to a focused first-run: Team, Field (Timecard tile), and Flow chat. Other tools stay hidden until you turn them on.
- ●Auto-creates a default project on signup so you can clock in immediately — no setup wizard required.
- ●Email-verification link now lands on a branded confirmation page instead of raw JSON.
- ●If you abandon a signup partway through, you can use the same email to sign up again.
