●BuildPulse reports now correctly identify user roles when generating forecasts and assignments.
●Fixed an issue where forecast hours were miscalculated in certain project scenarios.
●Resolved a problem where some team members wouldn't appear in BuildPulse reports due to incorrect role lookups.

●Change orders now support full line-item editing, cloning, attachments, and a clear submit-approve-reject workflow so you don't have to recreate the entire order when making changes.
●The Contracts dashboard now shows an "Am I Making Money?" variance summary that rolls up budget versus actual costs by phase and cost type across all your change orders.
●Pay applications can now be created directly from your contract schedule of values, auto-populating line items instead of requiring manual entry.
●Service invoices now generate real PDFs, support line-item editing, and can be emailed directly from FluidCM.
●Daily logs now let you embed photos using the modern attachment system.
●Budget and billing screens now properly enforce view permissions so team members only see financial data they're authorized to access.

●A new AI Estimate tool lets you record a voice description of work and automatically generates a cost estimate using your company's cost codes.
●AI Estimate appears in the Field tab, the main menu, and global search so you can start an estimate from anywhere.
●Generated estimates can be converted to budget summaries with one tap.
●Timecard duplicate detection, active clock-ins, and photo dashboards now correctly handle submissions made near midnight in different time zones.

●Project-level permissions are now enforced on all billings, drawings, RFIs, submittals, meetings, change orders, documents, and markups—ensuring team members only see what they're allowed to access.
●Billing compliance checks now appear as a color-coded banner on every billing detail screen, flagging issues like stale pay apps or expiring contracts before you submit.
●Change order line items now track phase and cost type alongside cost codes, giving you the same three-axis breakdown already available in budgets and contracts.
●Cost codes are created automatically when you enter budget data—no need to set up a catalog first if you prefer to work ad-hoc.
●The mobile time screen now lets admins launch kiosk mode directly from settings, and the redundant Flow AI popup on login has been removed.
●Fixed crashes and data mismatches across budgets, daily logs, and cost tracking that were causing intermittent 500 errors.

●Edit Profile now lets you upload your own photo from your camera or gallery — works on phone, tablet, and web.
●Hamburger menu cleaned up: dropped the duplicate Admin sub-shortcuts (Organization, Users, Roles, Cost Codes) and the placeholder Pick Avatar option.
●Profile page always shows a back arrow now (was missing on tablet).
●Permission-denied actions stop kicking you out to the login screen; they show a proper error instead.
●Timecard duration math is correct for shifts longer than 24 hours.

●New signup defaults to a focused first-run: Team, Field (Timecard tile), and Flow chat. Other tools stay hidden until you turn them on.
●Auto-creates a default project on signup so you can clock in immediately — no setup wizard required.
●Email-verification link now lands on a branded confirmation page instead of raw JSON.
●If you abandon a signup partway through, you can use the same email to sign up again.
